    the better way to go

here is a conversion i have used on one of my factory tachos/rev counter

the new circuit board replaces all the old parts

and only the movement is used

this is specially made to replace the old 'pulse' smiths tachos circuit board

and will fit into the existing housing

by doing this conversion it will allow for use with any electronic hi

performance ignition (pulse tach would not)

can also be changed to suit up to 8 cylinders as well

    around $200 to do

simple hook up via 3 wire 12 volts, earth and pulse from coil (+)
