hi i thought i would post some pics of my build that im in the process of doing.
it a 65 4 door air flow
currently i have the motor and box mounted , pwr intercooler mounted and i have made up new radiator mounts to get it back from the motor a bit do i could fit a bigger thermo fan.
also have the k&n air box/
i also have the hopper stoppers big brake kit for the front.
i have the diff but havnt had it shortened yet its a commodore LSD 3.91 gear ratio.
it running a vh44 brake booster
new fuel tank

i had a bit of a struggle trying to find a brake master cylinder that would bolt straight to the fire wall and also had to be a 1 inch bore to run the brakes, so after a bit i found that a nissan patrol master cylinder is very close to the same size all you have to do is drill the mounting holes out a little bit bigger on the master cylinder and it bolts straight on, its good because the brake lines come out the bottom.all you do is have to modify your push rod,
thats it for the master cylinder

i also got a new clutch master cylinder its not the origonal master cylinder but once again i found one that is the same bolt pattern, i cant remeber what it is off but ill find out for you. with this master clinder the push rod fits with no modification,

i also bout 15x6 mini lites for th front with 195x50x15
and 15x7 with 205x50x15

i had the car fully sandblasted and i was pretty happy because there was not much rust i need to replace one sill, 1 rear quarter, and passanger floor pan.
ive already fixed the floor pan and the quarter.and just bought a new sill..

here is a few pics for you if there is anything you wanna ask just ask

Nice build mate
with the inter-cooler what size is it and have you allowed enough room to put the grill back on ?

Hey Jason, thanks mate,
The intercooler is 300 x 210 x 68 with 2.5" outlets and it fits nicely. And yeah you can fit the grill back on aswell.

Cheers wade

Do you know what HP is it rated for ?

sorry jason for the late reply. mate im actually not sure about the horse power rating but i will find out for you.
also to get it to fit i had to make new radiator supports which isnt a big job at all. then it fit perfect, all you need is two 90 degree hoses on each end for the piping..

toyota super white code 040 always nice and bright and clean. the old ford cortina white AAA code is nice if you want the original look.

That is a nice colour flip, I have a 1970 xw that's painted diamond white with a bit of a blue pearl. I am liking the kluger white to.

Wow, epic build you have got going on there. The SR is just such an amazing engine. I can now now add MK1 to my list of cars that I have seen it in. I have a good friend who has just put a SR20T in his Datto 1600. Nothing unusual there I know....yours is something different. I look forward to seeing the pics of the final product. Keep up the good work, it is looking great.
