Drum to disc.

Hi all.

I've just bought my first Cortina - a Pre airflow from 63.

Right now I'm doing some work on the brakes.

So heres my question.

I have the front struts from a airflow Cortina from 65'. Can i replace them with the original struts, without major modifications?
So i'll get disc at the front.

note: both Cortinas are 1200 Deluxe models
