im sure i have seen this one for sale before.... but the later model dash that is fitted has thrown me

nice conversion,pre airflow body but airflow dash.

It aint a pre-airflow body, its a 65 220 (standard model) airflow with the steel grille cut out and replaced w/ a pre-airflow grille.
65 220's used the 63-64 pre-airflow indicator assys.
66-67 220's used airflow style indicators with a unique alloy shroud.

Did Australia have 1967 MK1's? Here all the 67's were MKII's.

some cars were first rego'd in 67 but were 66 cars

Aswell as the dash , the vents in the C post all point to this being an airflow shell fitted with an early front panel.

Mk1s were available as 67's is OZ but yeah were probably made in 66, sold and rego'd in 67....

just talking about these 'model' mix ups...
i have noticed on ebay during the last few months
that there are a few changing dashs
it seem some pre air flow owners would prefer to fit the later version air flow dash
