look's like the top hose is higher than the top tank in the photo if so you'll have a air lock and that could be your problem.

fixed a bit

was allowed to join the nc guys in the 50 years of lakeside meeting this weekend
was a really good time
i have never raced before it was a blast
now need to find a nc car to run there class
