Hi Folks,Can any one help. Ive just got a set of 13" mini lites for my MK1 1200 and they dont fit on the front so im now thinking of upgrading to disc set up. Ive been told that capri stuff bolt on and ive been told Escort stuff will bolt on :headscratch i have found a pair of MK2 Escort legs compleat ?50 but i dont know if they will fit? I want to keep things simple and bolt on with no mods Would use 1500 Tina stuff but cant find any!

The wheels are 5.5 i think, 185/13" anyway. The front are weged against the dampers/shocks and there is very little thread showing to get the nuts on. The wheels fit like a glove on the back!

Sounds to me like you just have the wrong offset on the front wheels.

Steve if it is the tyre rubbing then try 175 or 165 if not then burton do a spacer kit which has spacer and studs as for capri stuff the brakes discs and hub fit the your legs I think you have to swap bearings but I dont think that will sort your rubbing problem .Ps make sure you have the right wheel nuts as well .
