    The channel from Clark rubber should do I think, right width and height, I had new glass cut, fractionally thicker than the original but no scratches. The only thing the off the shelf doesn't have is the bulge near the latch

    are the channel rubbers ok? I found a channel at clark rubber that will be tight, but very close, obviously not shaped, but should do

    Will be almost time for that front door rebuild workshop Al ;) off to Clark Rubber to get some bailey channel to fit the opening glass back in the metal leading edge. Did Gav remove the glass when painting yours? you might have the same issue?
